Fashion influencer records gunfire sound during tutorial that killed her brother

MARYLAND: In a harrowing incident on Monday night, Rebecca Olugbemi, a social media video creator from Maryland, experienced a distressing interruption while filming a makeup tutorial at her Odenton residence. The tranquility of the evening was shattered by the sudden eruption of gunfire, captured in chilling detail on the video she was recording.

According to The New York Post, the footage shows Rebecca demonstrating a skincare product when the unmistakable sounds of gunfire ring out, causing her to abruptly halt mid-sentence, her expression shifting to one of shock and fear.

Tragically, Anne Arundel County police later confirmed that the gunfire was aimed at Rebecca’s 27-year-old brother, Isaiah Olugbemi, who tragically lost his life in the incident. Details remain scarce regarding the circumstances of the shooting or any potential suspects involved, with investigations ongoing.

“He just wanted to be nothing but a great boxer,” lamented Daniel Olugbemi, Isaiah’s brother, in an emotional statement to NBC Washington. “I just want people to know that my brother was a great father and a great man.”
