Furthermore, the court has ordered the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to block the national identity cards (NICs) and National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) cards of the accused.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has been directed to block their passports.

The court has demanded a compliance report on these orders within 15 days. Statements from prosecution witnesses against the accused have already been recorded.

This action is part of a broader crackdown on individuals accused of spreading hate speech and inciting violence through digital platforms.

Moreover, the ATC has set a deadline of July 10 for all relevant departments to submit their compliance reports.

The accused, including Adil Raja, Shaheen Sehbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat Saeed Khan, face serious charges related to the incitement of violence and encouraging public unrest.
