WEB DESK – The Dubai leaks have exposed a treasure trove of information, naming high-profile individuals, including Sher Afzal Marwat, Farah Gogi, Faisal Vawda, and the wife of Mohsin Naqvi. The revelations highlight that foreigners own properties in Dubai valued at an astounding $400 billion.
Pakistani Investments
Among these property owners, Pakistanis hold the second-most properties, with investments totaling $11 billion. The leaks have identified numerous political figures, government officials, and retired officers from around the world.
Key Pakistani Figures Named
The “Property Leaks” reveal that 17,000 Pakistanis have purchased 23,000 properties in Dubai. Notably, the names of former President Asif Zardari’s three children are included. Additionally, over a dozen retired government officials, a police chief, a diplomat, and a scientist are also named.
Notable Names and Investments
The leaks list Hussain Nawaz Sharif as a property owner in Dubai, along with the wife of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi. During a briefing, Senator Faisal Vawda noted the absence of PTI members in the leaks and emphasized the timing’s significance. Former President General (retired) Pervez Musharraf and former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz are also on the list.

Additional Revelations
The leaks also include Sharjeel Memon and his family members among the property owners in Dubai. Furthermore, four members of the National Assembly from Sindh and over six members of the Provincial Assembly from Balochistan are named.
Global Buyers
Indian citizens top the list of foreign buyers in Dubai, with 29,700 Indians owning 35,000 properties worth approximately $17 billion. Additionally, 19,500 British citizens own 22,000 properties in Dubai, valued at $10 billion.
