WEB DESK: The Supreme Court reserved its decision on the intra-court appeals of the federal and provincial governments against declaring the NAB amendments null and void.
A 5-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa, Justice Aminuddin, Justice Jamal Mandukhel, Justice Athar Manullah and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi heard the government’s appeals against the nullification of the NAB amendments.
