111-Year-Old Man Shares Secret to Long Life

World’s oldest man has shared secret for his long age. Jan Tenniswood, the 111-year-old man, has said that long life is only a matter of luck; there is no special secret to diet.

He further said that his favorite meal every Friday was fish and chips.

The 111-year-old Tenniswood received the Guinness World Record title after the announcement of the death of a 114-year-old person from Venezuela this week.

According to reports, Tenniswood was born in 1912 in northern England. He is a retired accountant and former member of the postal service, and currently, his age is 111 years and 222 days.

When asked about the secret of the longest lifespan in the world, he replied that either you attain a long life or a short one, and you cannot do much about it.

So far, the oldest person in the world was Jiroemon Kimura of Japan, who lived for 116 years and 54 days, while the oldest living woman and the overall oldest person is Maria Branyas Morera of Spain, who is 117 years old.

Reports say that this woman was born in America but currently resides in Spain.
