LAHORE: PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi announced on Sunday the formation of an “independent medical board” to investigate the management of young fast bowler Ihsanullah’s injury.
Naqvi stated on X that the PCB opted to establish the independent board to “assess whether Ihsanullah’s medical case received appropriate attention from the PCB medical support team.”
He mentioned that the medical board includes Dr. Javed Akram, Dr. Rana Dilawaiz, and Dr. Mumraiz Naqshband.
Naqvi added, “The board will also propose a plan for his future medical treatment.”
