PCB decides to appoint former star cricketers as team mentors

The Pakistan Cricket Board has made a significant decision regarding the improvement of national cricket.

Sources indicate that PCB has decided to appoint former star cricketers as team mentors. Moreover, the PCB chairman announced accountability for those making incorrect decisions in the selection committee.

According to the report, PCB has contacted former players Shoaib Akhtar, Shoaib Malik, Waqar Younis, and Moin Khan. Additionally, PCB has also contacted Saqlain Mushtaq, Younis Khan, Kamran Akmal, and other players.

Furthermore, the report mentioned that consultations with former cricketers for the betterment of the game are ongoing. Sources suggest that PCB might appoint five former players as mentors.

The decision regarding the mentors will be made by the PCB chairman after consulting the Board of Governors.
