The government has announced a minor reduction in the prices of petroleum products, which will take effect from midnight tonight.
According to the revised rates, the price of petrol has been lowered by Rs1.86 per liter, bringing it down to Rs259.10 per liter.
Moreover, high-speed diesel has seen a decrease of Rs3.32 per liter, now costing Rs262.75 per liter. Kerosene has been reduced by Rs2.15 per liter and will now be available at Rs169.62 per liter. Additionally, the price of light diesel oil has been cut to Rs154.05 per liter.
