A lady constable from the capital police has been dismissed from service for misconduct, including uploading inappropriate videos on TikTok while in uniform.

According to the dismissal order, “the lady constable is habitually absent and her attitude towards duty is frivolous. She has a TikTok social media account where she has posted inappropriate videos while wearing an official uniform and she was involved in immoral activities in hotels, cafes, etc in uniform and civil clothes.

“The above state of affairs shows her sheer negligence, inefficiency and lack of professional approach toward discharging her official duty which make her guilty under the relevant rules,” the order read.

Earlier, another lady constable posted at Dolphin Emergency Response Unit (ERU) Islamabad was dismissed from service for using the official motorbike and uniform to post on social media.
