LAHORE: The Pakistan Women’s National Selection Committee has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Women’s U19 T20 Asia Cup, scheduled to take place in Kuala Lumpur from December 15 to 22.

Zoofishan Ayyaz has been named captain, with Komal Khan as her deputy. The squad selection followed a 21-day training camp earlier this month, where 32 players were evaluated through skill drills, fitness sessions, and three intra-squad matches.

The tournament will feature six teams divided into two groups. Pakistan is placed in Group A alongside India and Nepal. Group B comprises Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. Matches will be held at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval. The top two teams from each group will progress to the Super-Four stage.

Pakistan’s first match is scheduled against India on December 15. This highly anticipated clash marks the beginning of their campaign in the tournament.
