WEB DESK: The Ministry of Finance issued a notification on Sunday, increasing the prices of petrol and diesel products for the upcoming 15-day period, effective from December 1.
According to the notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs3.72 per liter, setting the new price at Rs252.10 per liter. Similarly, the price of diesel has been raised by Rs3.29 per liter, bringing the new cost to Rs258.43 per liter.
Additionally, the price of kerosene has been reduced by Rs0.62 per liter, now priced at Rs164.98 per liter. Light diesel oil will also see a reduction of Rs0.48 per liter, with the new price set at Rs151.73 per liter.
These changes are set to take effect from December 1.
