ISLAMABAD: Arrest warrants have been issued for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and other PTI leaders in the D-Chowk protest case.

Arrests warrants have also been issued for wife on Imran Khan Bushra Bibi, Barrister Gohar, Shoaib Shaheen, Ali Bukhari and Amir Mughal Butt.

Kohsar Police have obtained arrest warrants for 96 PTI accused in case number 1032, including the Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, who issued these warrants.

The police have also obtained warrants for Omar Ayub, Sher Afzal Marwat, Khalid Khurshid, Faisal Javed, MNA Abdul Latif, Fateh Mulk, Ali Nasir, and Riaz Khan.

Arrest warrants have also been issued for Ali Zaman, Pir Maswar, Mian Khaliqur Rehman, Sohail Afridi, Shahram Khan Tarkai, Brigadier Retired Mushtaqullah, Major Retired Rashid Tipu, Zulfi Bukhari, Salman Akram Raja, Murad Saeed, and Rauf Hassan. These actions are part of ongoing investigations and legal proceedings against PTI leaders and others.

Separately, PTI has vowed to pursue legal action against top government officials, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, over the alleged killings of party workers during a violent crackdown on their November 24 protest in Islamabad.
