WEB DESK: Nausheen Shah has reiterated her stance on gender equality, emphasising that all human beings deserve equal rights regardless of gender, in a recent interview.

The Chikkar actor, when questioned about feminism, expressed her belief that “God created three genders: male, female, and shemale,” adding that each deserves equal respect and rights without hierarchy.

“I don’t subscribe to specific labels like feminism, but I firmly stand for equal rights for all,” Shah affirmed, highlighting her conviction that gender should not dictate rights or opportunities.

Nausheen Shah emphasised the complementary roles of men and women in society, garnering praise on social media for promoting a positive message of inclusivity.

However, her use of the term “shemale” sparked debate, with some arguing that gender identity extends beyond biological sex.

Despite differing views, Shah’s advocacy for equal rights, including for the transgender community, resonated positively among her followers.
