1. Citizen Support Response Agents (CSSRA)
- Responsibilities: Assisting citizens and responding to their inquiries.
- Qualifications: A 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum one year of experience in IT projects or call centers.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu communication.
2. Electrical Technicians
- Responsibilities: Maintaining and repairing electrical systems within the police department.
- Qualifications: A 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
