OPPO has expanded its Reno 12 series in Pakistan with the launch of two new models, the Reno 12 5G and Reno 12F 5G, alongside the already available Reno 12F 4G.

Initially, only the 4G variant was available for purchase, but the brand has now released the 5G models, offering more options for consumers. Pre-orders for the new devices are open until 25th August, with incentives including a free 1-year screen protection plan and a 2-year warranty.

The Reno 12 5G is the most advanced model in the series, and its features reflect its higher price point. Powered by the Dimensity 7300 Energy chip, this device offers superior performance with faster cores, a better GPU, and 12GB of RAM paired with 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits of brightness, supporting HDR10+ on its 1080p screen. The Reno 12 5G also comes with IP65 water resistance and Gorilla Glass 7i for scratch protection.

Camera enthusiasts will appreciate the 50 MP primary sensor, 8 MP ultrawide lens, 2 MP macro lens, and a 32 MP front-facing camera. The device is equipped with an 80W wired charging system that can fully recharge its 5000mAh battery in just 46 minutes.

Additional features include Bluetooth 5.4, 360-NFC, and BeaconLink calls via Bluetooth with a range of over 200 meters. The Reno 12 5G is priced at Rs 159,999 in Pakistan.

The Reno 12F 5G offers a more affordable alternative while still providing a robust set of features. It shares the same 6.67-inch AMOLED display as the Reno 12 5G, with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2100 nits of brightness, although it lacks HDR10+ support. The phone is protected by Dragon Trail glass and has an IP64 rating.

Under the hood, the Reno 12F 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chip, with a 2.4GHz clock speed, UFS 2.2 storage, and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, making it suitable for light tasks. The Pakistani variant offers 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The camera setup mirrors that of the Reno 12 5G, with a 50 MP primary sensor, 8 MP ultrawide lens, 2 MP macro lens, and a 32 MP selfie camera.

The device runs on Android 14 with ColorOS 14.1 and includes a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Both the Reno 12F 5G and its more expensive counterpart feature in-display fingerprint readers. The Reno 12F 5G is available for Rs 99,999 in Pakistan.
