KARACHI: The price of gold in Pakistan increased by Rs2,200 on Friday.
After the increase, the price of one tola of gold has reached RsRs. 276,900.
Similarly, the price of 10 grammes of gold rose by Rs1,886, settling at Rs237,397, according to data from the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
In the international bullion market, gold prices have gone up by $22, reaching $2,657 per ounce.
On Thursday, the price of gold also saw a significant increase of Rs1,100 to settle at Rs274,700.
Meanwhile, silver price rates remained stable at Rs3,350 per tola.
