In a recent statement, Prime Minister’s Advisor Rana Sanaullah admitted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has defied all expectations.
Rana Sanaullah also addressed rumors suggesting that Imran Khan is receiving special privileges in jail, including his preferred food and amenities. He clarified that while such rumors are circulating, the undeniable reality is that Imran Khan has shown resilience and endured his imprisonment, which he didn’t expect.
Rana Sanaullah, when questioned about allegations of drug use against Imran Khan, commented that the issue of drug use is separate. He acknowledged that enduring time in jail requires a different kind of resilience.

Sanaullah admitted that he initially doubted Khan’s ability to withstand imprisonment, but Khan surprised him by handling it effectively.
Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Hanif Abbasi, during a session of the National Assembly, claimed that a search of the PTI founder’s cell could potentially uncover cocaine and heroin.
He further alleged that the administration at Adiala Jail was changed due to confirmed allegations of supplying these substances.
