The families of the Karsaz road accident victims have pardoned the suspect involved in the fatal crash, expressing no objections to the granting of bail. The victims’ heirs stated that the tragic incident was not intentional and that they had come to an understanding with the accused.

In an affidavit to be presented in court, the families said, “We have resolved the matter between ourselves and have pardoned the suspect. We forgive for the sake of Allah, who is the most kind and merciful.”

This development comes as the court is set to hear the suspect’s bail plea.

The families of the victims from the Karsaz road accident have agreed to pardon the suspect, clarifying that the incident was not an intentional act of murder.

In a statement submitted to the court, they said, “We have provided this no-objection certificate of our own free will, and the contents of the affidavit are entirely accurate.”

The victim’s heirs, including Usama Arif, the son of Imran, along with his widow and daughter, will present the NOCs during the court proceedings to support the suspect’s bail request.
