By Pakistani veteran actor Khawaja Saleem has opened up about his battle with severe diabetes, which he has been struggling with for several years.
In an interview with Daily Point, he revealed that the disease led to gangrene in his foot, resulting in the amputation of two toes.

Saleem also discussed his financial difficulties, noting that he does not have much money.
He expressed deep gratitude to his colleagues Sohail Ahmed and Shagufta Ejaz, who have stood by him and supported him during his hardships. He emphasissed that he loves all his fellow artists, but Ahmed and Ejaz have been particularly supportive.

Additionally, Saleem appealed to the authorities for assistance, requesting help during these difficult times, especially from the taxes he has paid over the years.
Known for his extensive career in Pakistani dramas, Khawaja Saleem has not been working for some time now due to his health issues.
