UAE commits $10 bn investment in Pakistan

DUBAI: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has pledged a significant $10 billion investment in Pakistan, announced during a high-level meeting between Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif and UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.

PM Shehbaz , currently on a one-day visit to Abu Dhabi, engaged in discussions with Sheikh Mohamed at Qasr Al Shati, focusing on bolstering cooperation across various sectors, notably the economy, trade, and development. Both leaders expressed their commitment to nurturing mutual interests and advancing their nations’ shared visions of sustainable economic growth and prosperity.
