LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi on Wednesday visited Qaddafi Stadium to review the ongoing upgradation and expansion work.
During the visit, the PCB chairman was informed that About 80 percent work of the Gaddafi Stadium upgradation project has been completed in just 53 days.
The PCB Chairman was briefed that work on the grey structure is completed and 90 percent grey structure work in the pavilion building is completed.
Mohsin Naqvi conducted a detailed inspection of the entire ground and checked the view of the ground from the last row of seats.

He appreciated the new view of the ground and expressed his satisfaction with the development and construction work.
He hoped that the project would be completed before the start of ICC Champions Trophy matches.
He said that Qaddafi Stadiumis being built on state-of-the-art and according to international standards. Mohsin Naqvi said that the capacity of the stadium will be increased to 35,000 after the completion of the new structure.
