By In a recent podcast, Sadia Faisal, daughter of Pakistani actress Saba Faisal, discussed the rising divorce rates in the entertainment industry.
She mentioned that she believes women’s growing independence has lowered their tolerance levels, leading to fewer compromises in marriages. Sadia was also of the view that when women earn more, they may become overly confident, which can strain relationships.
She emphasised the importance of traditional values in Pakistani culture, stating that marriages involve not just the couple but their families as well. Sadia highlighted the misconception some women have about marrying only the man, noting that this can lead to marital issues.

When asked if men also contribute to divorce rates, Sadia briefly mentioned affairs but redirected the question to the podcast host.
