By WEB DESK: The federal government has allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a ‘Jalsa’ in Islamabad on June 8 under 39 conditions.
Dawn News reported that the district administration granted the rally permission by issuing a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Furthermore, the notification specifies that the rally must conclude at the scheduled time, and slogans or speeches against the state will not be allowed. Security responsibilities will lie with PTI.
Moreover, it also mentions that no disorderly conduct or damage to public property will be permitted during the rally.

It is noteworthy that earlier today, the Islamabad High Court dismissed a contempt of court petition against the Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad after PTI was granted permission to hold a rally on Rawat GT Road.
During the hearing, a representative of the district administration informed the court that the Deputy Commissioner’s office had granted permission for the rally on Rawat GT Road based on PTI’s application.
In addition, advocate Shoaib Shaheen argued that they preferred to hold the rally in F-9 Park.
