A significant number of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activists managed to arrive at D-Chowk for a planned protest. In a swift response, law enforcement officials arrested 45 activists, including 10 women, as they attempted to gather.
Moreover, sources confirm that police took immediate action to disperse the protesters, apprehending several individuals while also detaining an additional five near D-Chowk.

As of now, a total of 45 activists have been arrested since morning, with the police conducting search operations in various areas.
