KARACHI: In a tragic turn of events, YouTuber Saad Ahmed, known for his appearance on Waqar Zaka’s reality show “Living on the Edge Season 2” in 2011, was shot dead by a security guard while filming a vlog outside Sakhi Hassan’s Sarina Mobile Mall in Karachi.

According to media reports, upon receiving information, the Taimuria police station team promptly arrived at the scene and apprehended the security guard, identified as Ahmed Gul. Gul, an employee of Shah Security Company, was found in possession of a weapon, which was recovered by the police.

In his initial statement to the authorities, the guard claimed that Ahmed was gesturing towards him while filming a TikTok video, prompting him to fire in panic.

The body of the deceased has been transferred to the hospital, where legal procedures are currently underway.

YouTuber Saad Ahmed, known for his content creation, had been producing vlogs on various topics in the past.
