IESCO announces power shutdown for Friday

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) announced a planned power suspension across various areas in its region on Friday due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.

According to an IESCO spokesperson, the power outage will affect several feeders and grid stations from 7:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Moreover, the areas impacted include Rawalpindi City Circle, Sarafa Bazar, City, Fawara Chowk, DHQ, Iqbal Road-II, Liaqat Bagh, Muslim Town, and G-15.

Additionally, in Jhelum Circle, Bahi Khan, Kalya, and Pind Matta Khan feeders will also experience power disruption.

Furthermore, the company has advised residents to plan accordingly during the outage to minimise any inconvenience.
