WEB DESK: IT students in Sindh will now learn from Harvard and University of Chicago professor Randall Kroszner. He will teach online classes twice a week as part of a new initiative by Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori. The programme aims to improve students’ technical skills and provide them with high-quality education.

Professor Kroszner finalized the plan with Governor Tessori during a recent meeting. They discussed ways to advance education in the region.

Supporting IT Education and Communities

During his visit, Kroszner toured the IT marquee and saw Governor Tessori’s projects. These included the “Umeed ki Ghanti” (Bell of Hope) and a ration distribution drive. He praised these efforts and showed excitement about teaching students in Sindh.

Earlier, Governor Tessori also started a programme to help IT students get Google certifications. He worked with Google representatives to reduce fees and make certifications more accessible for students who pass the exams.
