The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced the NADRA Biker Service, a new initiative allowing citizens to apply for a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or update their details without the hassle of visiting a NADRA office.

This service aims to eliminate long queues and save time, making the CNIC process smoother and more accessible.

The NADRA Biker Service brings the convenience of a NADRA office to your doorstep.

Citizens can now apply for a new CNIC or update their existing information from the comfort of their home or office.

The service is ideal for those who want to avoid the long wait times associated with traditional NADRA offices.

How to book the NADRA Biker service?

Booking the Biker Service is simple and quick. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Dial 1777 from your mobile phone.
  2. Press 1, followed by 2, to speak with a Biker Service representative.
  3. Request an appointment and share the type of service you need (new CNIC, information update, etc.) and your location.
  4. Confirm the appointment, and you will receive an SMS with all the details.

NADRA Biker service fee

The NADRA Biker Service comes with a nominal fee. In addition to the standard CNIC application charges, there is a service fee of Rs1,000. A new CNIC using this service costs Rs1,500. You can pay either by card or cash.

Document delivery

Once your CNIC or other required documents are processed, they will be delivered straight to your doorstep, eliminating the need for any follow-up visits to a NADRA office.

Service availability

Currently, the NADRA Biker Service is only available in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, with plans to expand to other cities shortly.
