The cartoon comedy series Family Guy has finally announced the release date for Season 23, meaning that new episodes will soon be available.
FOX has confirmed that Family Guy, known for its quirky humor and outrageous antics, will return for new episodes on February 16th.
The broadcaster had already hinted that Family Guy would be the star of their midseason lineup for the Animation Domination block this winter, along with the return of Grimsburg, The Great North, and Krapopolis.
Due to the introduction of the midseason Animation Domination schedule on Sunday evenings, Family Guy would not be returning for the upcoming season until sometime in the winter.
However, the wait will soon be over as Family Guy is slated to return for new episodes on Sunday, February 16th on FOX. The following day, Hulu will stream the episodes.
Thankfully, this means that fans won’t have to wait much longer to see Season 23 of the series, and Peter will soon be back to his old antics. However, its time slot has not yet been confirmed, along with the rest of the midseason shake-ups scheduled for FOX’s Animation Domination block on Sunday evenings. When The Simpsons, Universal Basic Guys, and Bob’s Burgers return, all of these animated programs will also be returning for new episodes. However, Universal Basic Guys has not yet revealed a follow-up season as of this writing.
