LAHORE: Popular TikToker and content creator Talha Maqsood, known for his YouTube channel “Talha Reviews”, posted a video message on his social media accounts directly accusing Rajab Butt, Saad-ur-Rahman aka Ducky Bhai, and Nadeem Nani wala for orchestrating the late-night raid on his house.
The incident occurred came after Talha posted a video criticising Rajab Butt, Ducky Bhai, and Nadeem Nani Wala for their newly-launched course online, in which they are offering several skills including e-commerce.
In a video shared on TikTok, he raised questions about the credibility of the course and stated, “These courses are already available online that anyone can access free.”
Talha also said he was already receiving threatening calls from Nadeem Nani Wala that he shared on his Instagram and TikTok account.
He stated, “20– 30 policemen forcibly raided his house at 3:30 AM causing damage to property, equipment, and CCTV cameras.” Police had taken his father and a boy named Abdul Ahad into custody and also seized his motorbike during the incident. YouTube appealed to the respective institutions for justice.
As of now, content creators and law enforcement have not shared the details about the alleged raid on Talha Maqsood’s residence. This lack of communication has fueled further speculation and frustration within the online community, leaving many questions unanswered and the future of this dispute uncertain.
Three of these accused are renowned social media figures with significant followings and their recently launched paid YouTube course was criticized by many of their fellow content creators.
Rajab Butt, a well-known figure on YouTuber, is already facing cases after his grand wedding. A recent blasphemy case has been registered against him in Karachi for offensive religious content which he got protective bail till Jan 28.
