WEBDESK: The famous dialogue “Do Takay Ki Aurat” from Mere Paas Tum Ho, written by Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar, and directed by Haseeb Hasan is making a comeback in his recent drama Sunn Mere Dil.
This dialogue was previously used by Humayun Saeed to Ayeza Khan in the famous drama Meray Paas Tum Ho. It faced criticism from many fans, who considered it a misogynistic remark.
The teaser of episode 26 of Sunn Mere Dil reveals a dramatic scene where Usman Khan, playing the character of Ammar, angrily confronts his wife, Sadaf, portrayed by Maya Ali. In a heated moment, he utters the iconic line ‘Do Takay Ki Aurat‘ and is shown aggressively slapping her.
The cast of Sunn Mere Dil boasts an impressive lineup of talented actors. Maya Ali takes on the role of Sadaf, while Wahaj Ali plays Bilal Abdullah. Hira Mani portrays Hamsha, and Shahveer Jafry appears as Zaviyar. Amar Khan adds depth to the drama as Dania, with Syed Mohammed Ahmed as Namdaar and Saba Hameed as Farzana. Usman Khan completes the cast in the role of Ammar.
However, this Pakistani drama Sunn Mere Dil has achieved a remarkable milestone, surpassing 400 million views on YouTube.
