Imran Khan, the former prime minister and founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has strongly denied allegations suggesting he advocates for establishing relations with Israel.
Speaking to the media at Adiala Jail on Monday, Khan described the claims as a “propaganda campaign” fueled by a recent article in an Israeli newspaper.

Khan, who is currently facing multiple legal challenges while in custody, responded to what he called a “propaganda blitz” following the publication of the article in The Jerusalem Post. “These allegations are ridiculous. While the article mentioned me, it seems some people do not grasp the content,” he stated.
The Jerusalem Post article discussed Khan’s potential influence in both the Muslim world and the West, particularly regarding Pakistan’s foreign policy toward Israel.
However, Khan emphasized that he remains firmly pro-Palestinian, stating, “My position on Israel has not changed. The Palestinian people are suffering genocide, and any talks with Israel depend on a ceasefire and a real commitment to a two-state solution.”
