HEC introduces mandatory admission test for university admissions

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has introduced a new requirement for university admissions: the Undergraduate Admission Test (UAT).

Students who have completed intermediate education must score at least 50% on this test to qualify for university admission.

The UAT will cover seven categories, including engineering, medical, computer science, and commerce. Tests are scheduled for July.
