By Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf was recently involved in a heated exchange with a man in Florida. While taking a walk with his wife, Rauf was provoked by the man, leading to a confrontation.
As Rauf charged towards the individual, bystanders intervened to prevent a physical altercation. Despite his wife’s efforts to calm him, Rauf managed to free himself and continued the verbal spat.

In a viral video, Rauf can be heard accusing the man of being Indian, to which the man retorted, “I am from Pakistan.”

Throughout the incident, Rauf’s wife attempted to diffuse the situation, but the cricketer remained visibly agitated. This altercation comes amid significant criticism directed at Pakistan players following their early exit from the T20 World Cup.
In response to the incident, Haris Rauf released a statement:
“I decided not to bring this on social media, but now that the video is out, I feel it is necessary to address the situation. As public figures, we are open to receiving all kinds of feedback from the public. They are entitled to support or criticize us. Nevertheless, when it comes to my parent and my family, I will not hesitate to respond accordingly. It is important to show respect towards people and their families, irrespective of their professions.”
