Hammad Azhar, acting president of PTI’s Punjab chapter, had earlier issued a strong warning to party office-bearers, instructing them to reach Islamabad on October 15 if the government continued to deny access to Khan’s doctors and lawyers.
He addef that the party would proceed with its peaceful protest if no meeting with the jailed leader is facilitated. Those failing to comply with his directive would be stripped of their positions within the party.
