By After Pakistan’s surprising loss to the USA in the T20 World Cup 2024, the reaction from fans and the cricket fraternity has been intense. The defeat on Thursday left many Pakistanis deeply disappointed and struggling to come to terms with the result.
Amidst all this, former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif shared an image which showed that Pakistan had cancelled a gala dinner. “Who is providing the tour schedule in advance to who? are these pre-arranged?, who is giving the go ahead for events during a World Cup?@TheRealPCBMedia,” he wrote on X.

Former legendary Pakistan pacer Wasim Akram said, “It didn’t seem like Pakistan was playing against a team that has limited exposure against top teams.” He was also critical of the lack of effort on the field by some of the players.
With Pakistan set to face India tomorrow (Sunday), the pressure is mounting on the team to perform and redeem themselves.
