Pakistani cinema sensation Fawad Khan has expressed his preference for being an audience favorite rather than being labeled a ‘superstar.’

In a recent interview, Khan humbly rejected the ‘superstar’ tag, citing the pressures and potential pitfalls associated with it.

Khan highlighted his gratitude for his success, attributing it to fate rather than any personal achievement. He cautioned against becoming addicted to the ‘superstar’ label, noting the difficulty of coping with its loss.

“I’d rather be recognized for my work and how the audience responds to it,” Khan stated, stating his desire to remain grounded.

Currently, Khan stars in Zee5’s web series ‘Barzakh’ alongside Sanam Saeed, with the series premiering on July 19. He is also preparing for a Bollywood comeback in a rom-com with Vaani Kapoor.
