BYD, a leading New Energy Vehicle (NEV) manufacturer from China, officially announced to launch its cars in Pakistan.
It has partnered with Mega Motor Company (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO), for a major brand launch in Pakistan.
Scheduled for August 17, the event will mark the debut of BYD’s passenger cars in the Pakistani market. According to PakWheels, citing sources, BYD will launch three cars in the Pakistani market during its event.

It includes, BYD Dolphin, BYD Atto 3 and BYD Sealion 6.
Following are the expected prices of these vehicles:
- BYD Dolphin: EV hatchback, expected price 9 million PKR
- BYD Atto 3: EV crossover, expected price 17 million PKR
- BYD Sealion 6: PHEV crossover, expected price 11 million PKR
Pakistan’s Electric Vehicle’s (EV) market continues to grow as Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SAZEW) has announced its plans to launch a new imported Completely Built Unit (CBU) electric vehicle, the “ORA-07 EV,” in the coming days.
In a short notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday, the company informed that ORA-07 EV will be launched in the coming days.
