KARACHI: The price of gold in the country increases on Monday, the first trading day of the week, with an increase of Rs200, aligning with gold prices in the international market.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, after this rise, the price of one tola of gold has reached Rs292,400.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold was Rs250,685 after it recorded an increase of Rs171.
On the other hand, the price of gold in the international market has increased by $2, reaching $2,799 per ounce, with an additional premium of $20.
The price of gold also increased on Saturday, the last trading day of the week, with an increase of Rs400. After this rise, the new price of one tola of gold was Rs292,200.
