Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced the commencement of direct flights from Quetta to Saudi Arabia starting August 6.

According to PIA officials, there will be two direct flights per week between Quetta and Saudi Arabia. This new service aims to alleviate the challenges faced by travelers who previously had to rely on connecting flights.

Previously, residents of Quetta had to travel to Saudi Arabia via Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, making the journey more cumbersome. The introduction of direct flights is expected to streamline travel and provide greater ease for those undertaking Umrah and other journeys to Saudi Arabia.
