The provincial government of Punjab  has announced a new plot allotment scheme to reward officers in civil service, Provincial Management Service (PMS), and police service.

Under this scheme, plots of various size, including two kanals, one kanal, and 10 marlas, will be allocated to these officers. The plots will be situated within 2 km of the Kala Khatai Road Interchange.

The plot allocation includes a 30% quota for Pakistan Administrative Services and PMS officers, 10% for police service officers, and 30% for X-cadre government employees.

Plots will be offered at Rs 800,000 per marla and can be paid in easy installments over eight years. Officers in grades 21-22 are eligible for two-kanal plots.

An official letter and application form for this scheme has been released by the Planning and Development (P&D) department.
