Zil Hajj moon sighted in Pakistan, Eid ul Adha on June 17

WEB DESK: The moon of Zil Hajj is sighted in Pakistan, and Eid-ul-Adha will be on 17 in Pakistan.

Chairman Ruet-i-Hilal Committee Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad announced the sighting of the moon of Zul Hijjah.

The Central Ruet-i-Hilal  Committee setting was held at the office of the Meteorological Department in Karachi. The committee received evidence of the sighting of the moon from different places including Peshawar, which the committee declared as authentic.

Representatives of SPARCO and related departments were also present in the meeting of the central Sighting of the Crescent Committee.

Meetings of zonal committees were held in provincial capitals and Islamabad.
