The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) has indicated that their decision on participating in the ICC Champions Trophy in Pakistan will depend on guidance from their government.
Notably, Pakistan travelled to India for the 50-over World Cup in late 2023, following approval from their government, which raises the possibility of India doing the same for the 2025 Champions Trophy.
The tournament is scheduled to kick off in Karachi on February 19 and will culminate with the final in Lahore on March 9. A reserve day, March 10, has been allocated for the final in case of adverse weather conditions.
