Provincial Minister for Information, Uzma Bukhari, clarified that Maryam Nawaz has instructed that PTI be given full permission to hold rallies, but no one will be allowed to take the law into their own hands.
She further stated that PTI has already lost ground in Punjab, with only 3,000 people attending their rally.

In addition, Bukhari added that maintaining law and order is the responsibility of the Punjab government, and close watch will be kept on those involved in the disturbances on May 9.
Furthermore, Ali Amin Gandapur, who plans to bring a stick-wielding force from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, should remember that Punjab Police has the best sticks.
