Pakistan’s youngest YouTuber, Mohammad Shiraz, has called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif—whom he affectionately refers to as “uncle”—to construct water reservoirs in his flood-stricken village.
In his latest vlog, titled Meray Gaon Main Selaab Aagya [My Village Hit by Flood], Shiraz showcased the extensive damage inflicted on crops and land by recent rains. “We were affected by floods, and our crops were submerged, but thank God we still managed,” he stated.
Shiraz recounted a previous meeting with PM Shehbaz, where he had discussed the recurring flood risks his village faces every year due to rain. He had urged the PM Shehbaz to consider building water reservoirs to mitigate the impact of floods. “If we don’t take steps to prevent floods, our farmers will suffer, and their hard work will go to waste,” he warned.
