The upcoming third Test match between Pakistan and England may disturb the traffic flow of the twin cities—Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
In this regard, the City Traffic Police (CTP) Rawalpindi has devised a comprehensive traffic plan.
A total of 370 traffic offices and traffic wardens will be deployed around Rawalpindi Stadium where the match is set to take place. The officers will maintain traffic flow, diverting vehicles to alternative routes when necessary.
The designated parking areas include Shahbaz Sharif Park (motorcycles), Civil Aviation Ground (vehicles) and Degree College Ground (vehicles).
CTP has urged the public to cooperate with traffic police during the third Test match and use designated parking areas to avoid inconvenience. By following traffic instructions, citizens can contribute to a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
The traffic police have also advised the citizens to follow traffic rules, use designated parking, and stay informed through our helpline. For any guidance, the citizens can reach to police helpline.
