Pakistani actor and host Mohsin Abbas Haider has expressed his wish that a biopic be made on Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem and he desired to play the role of Arshad in the biopic.

“Plz make a biopic on Arshad Nadeem Olympian’s journey, I so want to play his character,” wrote Haider, followed by a folded-hands emoji.

Several A-list celebrities joined the celebrations for Nadeem on social media, extending their heartfelt congratulations to the Olympic gold medalist and a national hero.

In this regard, Pakistani film star Humayun Saeed stated in an interview with a private TV channel that if given the opportunity, he would make a film on Arshad Nadeem’s life.

On August 8, Nadeem set a new Olympic record with a remarkable throw of 92.7 meters on his second attempt, and concluded his sixth and final throw with a distance of 91.79 meters.
