Airlines announce massive increase in ticket prices
Travelers heading abroad will face higher costs due to a recent increase in the federal excise duty (FED) announced in the budget. Airlines such as Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Saudi Air, and Emirates have raised the FED on their international tickets in response. This change took effect on July 1.
