New oil and gas reserves discovered in KP
In a major boost to Pakistan’s economy, new oil and gas reserves have been discovered in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), and production has been restored in Sindh with the use of modern pumps. The Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDCL) shared this good news in a letter to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. They reported that the Chandna Seven well in the Kohat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has found 305 barrels of crude oil and 2.5 million cubic feet of natural gas.
