Govt constitutes special lawyer courts
ISLAMABAD: The federal government constituted special courts across Pakistan to ensure the protection of lawyers. The courts established under the Lawyers’ Welfare and Protection Act 2013. The establishment of these courts has been notified in Islamabad and all four provinces to hear cases related to harassment or attacks on lawyers.
